PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time ranges between 10 and 15 business days.
Orders shipped via PUROLATOR (parcels)
Deliveries are No Signature Required: the delivery person may leave the package at your door if you are not home at the time of delivery. You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your order after delivery is recorded.
When your order ships, a confirmation email and tracking number will be sent so you can follow its progress.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the delivery time is 24–72 hours. This timeframe may be longer during high-volume periods (e.g., December).
Orders shipped via CANADA POST (envelopes and parcels)
When your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you. If applicable, you will also receive the tracking number in that email.
Regular mail (envelopes) are not tracked and we waive any responsibility for loss if you choose that option.
Delivery times within Canada are 6–15 business days (but may be longer during high-volume periods).
